Fertility Screening and Health Assessment

Our fertility screening includes a comprehensive evaluation of key health markers:

  • Luteinising Hormone (LH)
  • Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
  • Prolactin
  • Thyroid Function (TSH/fT4)
  • Testosterone
  • Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

Please schedule your appointment between days 2-5 of your cycle. You will also need a follow-up screening around day 21 of your cycle (or 7 days before your next period if your cycles are longer than 28 days).

What to expect from the 2Me 'Essential' Package

Step one

On the website

Click on the “Fast Booking” button at the top of the website. Book your health check appointment for a time to suit you.

Step two

Your 60-minute face-to-face consultation at our 90 York Street Clinic

A friendly female GP will talk through your problems and medical history, then carry out a physical examination that includes:

  • Blood pressure
  • Body mass index
  • Examination of your heart, lungs, breasts and abdomen
  • If necessary, an internal examination

Blood tests

Your GP will then take some blood samples

Scan

If you need an ultrasound scan, this will be arranged within 24-48 hours after your assessment.

Step three

Getting your results & recommendations

You’ll get your personalised health report within 7 days of your assessment. Your report includes:

  • A summary and easy-to-understand discussion of your investigations and tests
  • Any further treatment recommendations based on the results
  • Personalised recommendations for lifestyle changes
  • Referral to a specialist (if necessary)

We’ll notify you when your report is ready via email or SMS.

Step four

Follow-up appointment

If you have any questions or concerns we can arrange a follow-up appointment via phone, or secure video link.

Your 60-minute face-to-face consultation at our Chancery Lane Clinic

A friendly female GP will talk through your problems and medical history, then carry out a physical examination that includes:

  • Blood pressure
  • Body mass index
  • Examination of your heart, lungs, breasts and abdomen
  • If necessary, an internal examination

Blood tests

Your GP will then take some blood samples on-site the same day

Scan

If you need an ultrasound scan, this will be arranged within 3-4 days after your assessment.

Step three
