‘I am YOUR therapist. I work with you individually. You deserve a style of therapy suited to working with your uniqueness. My aim is to support you in enhancing the quality of your life in a warm, safe, relaxed, and non-judgemental atmosphere. This is an opportunity for you to have protected time to talk about what you feel, think, and do, so that you can explore your inner world, and feel empowered to make your own decisions. We will work to recognise the coping skills and beliefs that already work well for you, to enhance these, and discover new ways of coping or looking at life. I bring my therapeutic knowledge, training, and skills; You bring your honesty, commitment and willingness to work collaboratively. You are at the heart of our work, so your views matter. You are unique! You deserve a style of therapy suited to working with you as a responsible, autonomous, self-motivated individual’
