This service is only available for women aged 18 years and over. 2Me Clinic reserves the right to ask for proof of photo identification (ID). Acceptable forms of photo ID include: a passport or driving license.
The easiest way to book an appointment is to register yourself on the 2MeClinic Patient Portal. You can also make an enquiry at admin@2meclinic.com and we will contact you. Alternatively, you can leave us a message on 020 8146 6626.
All the payments for 2Me Clinic services are made through a secure Patient Portal. You can pay using a credit/debit card. On receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS for your appointment. Your invoice for payment can be viewed/downloaded (PDF) from the client log-in area.
Please be aware that not all insurance companies will bear the cost of consultations or investigations such as blood tests, x-rays, scans etc. or cover cancellation fees. Insurance excess fees may also apply.
Please make sure that you establish your level of cover before any consultation. Any fees incurred will be your personal liability; you should therefore ensure that you are familiar with our scale of fees and discuss the likely cost of any investigations with the doctor before they are undertaken. We accept no responsibility for the non-payment of any fees by insurance companies and reserve the right to secure payment for all costs incurred.
We may require details of a credit/debit card to which a charge will be made should a shortfall occur from your insurer, or a late cancellation or missed appointment charge arise, or should any other outstanding debts become overdue.
Please note that for our WellWoman Checks, coil and implant procedures, a 20% deposit is kindly requested at booking. For all other appointments, full payment is required at booking.
Cancellation policy
Please note that we reserve the right to charge fees in accordance with our cancellation policy for non-attendance and late cancellations.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel your appointment in short notice (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment).

Confidentiality
At 2Me Clinic confidentiality of patient information is our utmost concern. Your medical information is kept confidential, and names and addresses are not made available to other organisations.
2Me Clinic undertakes to comply with its obligations under Data Protection Legislation and recognises that it is a Data Processor as defined under section 1 of the Data Protection Act. We may use your data to provide you with information about goods and services that may be of interest to you. We may contact you about these by post or telephone. If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or short message service, SMS) with information about goods and services like those that were the subject of a previous sale to you. If you are a new customer, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.
