This service is only available for women aged 18 years and over. 2Me Clinic reserves the right to ask for proof of photo identification (ID). Acceptable forms of photo ID include: a passport or driving license.

The easiest way to book an appointment is to use the ‘FAST BOOKING’ button. You can also submit an enquiry to admin@2meclinic.com and we will contact you within 72 hours. Alternatively, you can leave us a message on 020 8146 6626.

All payments made for 2Me Clinic services are made through a secure payment platform. You can pay using a credit or debit card. On receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS for your appointment and a copy of your invoice.

Please be aware that not all insurance companies will bear the cost of consultations or investigations such as blood tests, x-rays, swabs, or cover cancellation fees. Insurance excess fees may also apply.

Please ensure that you establish your level of cover before any consultation. Any fees incurred will be your personal liability; you should therefore ensure that you are familiar with our scale of fees and discuss the likely cost of any investigations with the doctor before they are undertaken. We accept no responsibility for the non-payment of any fees by insurance companies and reserve the right to secure payment for all costs incurred.

We may require details of a credit/debit card to which a charge will be made should a shortfall occur from your insurer, or a late cancellation or missed appointment charge arise, or should any other outstanding debts become overdue.

Cancellation policy

Please note that we reserve the right to charge fees in accordance with our cancellation policy for non-attendance and late cancellations.

A cancellation fee will apply if you do not attend your appointment or if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
